675 Development Drive, Kingston, Ontario K7M 4W6, Canada February 24, 1997 In the manufacturing business there is often customer urgency which must be responded to on an "immediate" basis, often in areas difficult to reach in a timely manner using conventional commercial air. Brock Air has responded to this type requirement, realizing the urgency and allowing Knorr Brake to provide same-day customer service. The cost effectiveness of a charter is a surprising factor. An example is Brock Air flew three personnel for a field service operation (Erie, PA), and returned them to Kingston the same day.
